This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) issued by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (the “LCBO”) is an invitation to submit a non-binding quotation for the supply of pre-press services, sheet-fed printing, finishing and kitting for up to thirteen (13) editions of Thematic and/or Generic Backer Cards and/or Blade Signs. There will be up to five (5) seasonal editions to print both Backer Cards and Blade Signs per edition. The other eight (8) periodic editions consist of Backer Cards only. The job will be awarded for up to thirteen (13) editions.
As further described in Appendix A – Specifications, for the price quoted by the Bidder in its Rate Bid Form (Appendix D). The Bidder selected pursuant to this RFQ process will be informed in writing. Bidders not selected will also be informed in the same manner that the RFQ was originally posted.
