This procurement may be subject to Chapter 5 of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (“CFTA”) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (“CETA”).

The LCBO expects all suppliers to adhere to the LCBO’s Supplier Code of Business Conduct, which is available on the LCBO’s website under “Doing Business with the LCBO”.
The Supplier Code sets out principles applicable to all suppliers (including both suppliers of beverage alcohol products and suppliers of non-alcohol goods or services) that wish to establish and maintain a business relationship with the LCBO.
