The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) invites responses to this Request for Quotation for the
services of prepress, sheet fed printing, finishing, and shipping of twenty-one (10) versions of LCBO
Gift Card Carriers.

Total Carriers: 718,000. Printer will print, package and ship to four (4) destinations within the greater
Toronto area, and one (1) Brantford address (Marco warehouse).
Carriers ship on THREE (3) separate dates. Files for ALL carrier versions are supplied together March
9. They can be ganged up for most efficient press sheet combo layout, but a total of 3 separate Work
Orders will be issued. Awarded vendor to issue 3 separate invoices. The quantities for the 3rd
shipment may increase, quantities will be confirmed 6 weeks in advance of ship date.
