WSIB is looking for Supplier that will be responsible to provide all the services that are inherent, necessary, or customarily provided as part of the Production Print and Mass Mail Managed Services or that are reasonably required for the proper performance of such services:

Printing Services
Batch Scheduling
Online Secure Repository for Data Exchange
Forms Design, Document Composition and Document Rendering
Mailing Services
Envelope Insertion, Mailing and Canada Post Account Management
Special Handling and Secured Transportation
Consulting, Architecture, Professional and Project Services
Professional and Project Services
Required Test and Development Environment
Supplier Governance
Service Management (ITIL or equivalent, which includes Incident, Problem, Change, Release and Service Level Management)
Knowledge Management
Performance Review and Reporting
Stationery and Inventory Management
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Location Security
Transition Services (transition in and transition out)

Estimated Quantity:
WSIB is looking to have contracts with one (1) Supplier.

Duration of contract:
The contract entered into between WSIB and the Successful Proponent is expected to be a term of five (5) years. WSIB also expects to have options to extend the contract on the same terms and conditions for up to one (1) optional two (2) year term.
