The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) invites responses to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of printing 500,000 Beer 6-Pack Carriers.

Carriers are printed white only for six (6) different graphic versions, on 35pt. N-flute corrugated stock, die cut and glued 5-places, shrink wrap flat in bundles of 50 and ship. Die-line does not change between versions; the only change is printed graphics. Carriers will ship to 250 stores in four (4) editions, from July to September, with store quantities varying from 200 to 2,000 per store, per edition. Approximately 8,000 carriers per edition will also deliver to Marco warehouse in Brantford. From supplied art files/die line and prototype sample, the successful Respondent will provide blank mock-up sample of unit, as well as a PDF of each of six (6) versions for approval, prior to production. A separate work order will be issued for each of 4 editions, and the successful Respondent to issue a separate invoice for each edition.

This RFQ is intended to assist each person (a “Respondent”) who submits a Response to this RFQ in gaining an understanding of the LCBO’s requirements. However, each Respondent is responsible for verifying all of the information required for its Response. The LCBO makes no representation or guarantee as to the value or volume of work or exclusivity to be assigned to the successful Respondent. Please be advised that the LCBO is under no obligation to proceed with this project after receiving and reviewing Responses, and that under no circumstances will any Respondent receive payment of any kind for submitting information in response to this RFQ.
