The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) invites responses to this Request for Quotation for the
supply of pre-press services (imposition, trapping, and proofing), sheet-fed printing, finishing and
kitting for up to thirteen (13) editions of Thematic Backer Cards and Blade Signs. There will be eight
(8) seasonal editions of 16,438 Backer Cards and 16,438 Blade Signs per edition and five (5)
periodic editions of 4,150 backer cards and 4,150 Blade Signs per edition. LCBO will supply an
electronic generic template standard carton label. The successful respondent is to use supplied
template to create one (1) common carton label for application to all store kits.

Job will be awarded based on total cost for thirteen (13) editions and will run from P1-13.
