The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (“LCBO”) invites responses to this Request for Quotation
for the services of digital printing, prepress, proofs, die-cutting, assembly, bulk packing and
shipping for up to up to thirteen (13) editions of Beer Banded End Aisle Backer Cards. There
will be eight (8) seasonal editions consisting of 88 Blade Signs and 267 Backer Cards. The
other five (5) periodic editions consist 267 Backer Cards and only. There is to be a total of
99 kits packed each period.

Kit elements include Backer cards and Blades signs printed on 24pt coated white board
coated two sides Pack into 99 kits total with a memo. 84 kits to be shipped to stores via
supplied prepaid Purolator Waybills. A total of 15 kits will be packed and shipped to LCBO’s
warehouse located in Brantford at awarded vendor’s expense. Vendor to create die from
supplied die line for blade Sign (for first edition only; die will be common for all subsequent
editions). NO I-cutting allowed, box must be offline Die-scored.
